HISTORY:

1. The first dog kennel in our country was “The Police Dog Kennel for Romania” founded in Timisoara in the year 1922. The founding members were: Paul Dietrich, Friederich Hermann, Iosif Jojart, Adalbert Ludwig, Ioan Molnar, Velimir Pavlovits, Stefan Rosenthal, Iosif Tertshek, Viliam Vinczeti.
2. The first Dog Show was organized in Timisoara in May 6th 1923.
3. The name of the society was changed in 1931 to “The Romanian Breeding Dog Owners Society”
