Boxer allways has been my great love and I got my first pure bred Boxer when I was 12 years old. Since that dogs occupy large part, if not the largest, of my life.

For many years I have bred Boxers and have been Chairman of Latvian Boxer Club 1981-1995. Now I am member of the Board of the Club. No dogs at present. For many years I have also trained dogs for general obedience and special trials. Judge since 1984. At the moment I am also the member of the Board of Latvia Cynological Federation, Chairman of Judges Committee since 1998 and representative of Latvian Cynological Federation in FCI Judges and Show Commissions.

Have judged in Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Republic of Moldova, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine. I have had also the honor to judge at World Dog shows in Poznan, Poland (2006), Bratislava Slovakia (2009) and EuroDog Shows in Zagreb, Croatia (2007) and Budapest, Hungary (2008).
